Red Shark Water Bikes Warranty and Care

Warranty Coverage

Any Red Shark Water Bikes product found to have defects in materials or workmanship within twelve (12) months from the shipment date may be repaired or replaced at our discretion (the “Red Shark Warranty”). For the original retail purchaser (the “Consumer”), we provide a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase against material or manufacturing defects on a registered product.

If the warranty applies, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the board, bike frame, or any part determined to be defective. Please note that Red Shark Water Bikes reserves the right to modify products and designs without an obligation to retrofit these changes into products already sold or in the possession of dealers or consumers.

Processing a Warranty Claim for Authorized Dealer Purchases

Before submitting a warranty claim, please review the product-specific warranty terms to determine if your product is covered. If you believe your product is defective and eligible under this warranty, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us
   Email info@redsharkwaterbikes.com with your original receipt of purchase.

2. Documentation
   Provide photographs of the defect by emailing them to info@redsharkwaterbikes.com.
   If necessary, you are responsible for mailing or delivering the product to either Red Shark Water Bikes or the authorized dealer from whom you purchased it.

3. Inspection & Resolution
   If our inspection (or that of the authorized dealer) confirms a defect covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace the product. Proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt, is required. If repairs or further evaluation are necessary, we will coordinate with the dealer to facilitate the process.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or aging of the product

• Cosmetic flaws or color variations

• Use beyond the manufacturer’s recommended maximum load capacity

• Failure to follow pressure guidelines, assembly/disassembly instructions, or handling procedures

• Damage from punctures, cuts, or abrasions sustained during normal use, or damage from unreasonable uses or improper storage

• Products purchased second-hand or used

• Damage caused by extreme weather or environmental conditions

• Damage resulting from accidents, neglect, improper use, or handling

• Products towed by power or sail boats

• Items designated as prototypes

• Products sold as “demos” or “as is”

• Use for any purpose other than the product’s customary intended use

• Products that have been structurally or dimensionally altered or modified

• Items that have been lost or stolen

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly provided herein, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Red Shark Water Bikes disclaims all warranties—express or implied—including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. (Some state, country, or provincial laws may not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties.)

In no event shall Red Shark Water Bikes be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from defects in our products. Our aggregate liability regarding any product shall be limited to an amount equal to the Consumer’s original purchase price paid for the defective product.

If any limitation or exclusion herein is found to be contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable and the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights under state, country, or provincial consumer protection laws.
